Abstract
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh komunikasi ibu karier terhadap perilaku anak di Kelurahan Sukagalih Kecamatan Tarogong Kidul Kabupaten Garut adalah terdapat hubungan yang pasti dan signifikan. Dilihat dari uji signifikasi hubungan, dengan menggunakan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 5% untuk mengetahui ttabel, dapat diketahui bahwa thitung > ttabel yaitu 5.904 > 4.097. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, hubungan sudah signifikan, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa penelitian, layak dilakukan. Secara keseluruhan nilai skor rata-rata variabel X (komunikasi ibu karier) dan nilai skor rata-rata variabel Y (perilaku anak) jika dimasukan pada tabel kriteria interpretasi skor yaitu penilaiannya dinilai baik. Kemudian perhitungan korelasi antara komunikasi ibu karier dan perilaku anak, diperoleh koefisien determinasi r2 berkisar = 27,04%. Artinya komunikasi ibu karier berpengaruh terhadap perilaku anak dengan kontribusi 27,04% dan sisanya 72,96% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti motivasi dari luar, pengaruh lingkungan teman dan lain-lain. Adanya pengaruh ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh komunikasi ibu karier terhadap perilaku anak memiliki pengaruh satu dengan yang lainnnya, walau pun tidak besar, namun berarti dan signifikan, menandakan bahwa tiap komunikasi yang dilakukan memiliki pengaruh.
The results showed the influence of mother career communication on the behavior of children in Sukagalih Village Tarogong Kidul District Garut Regency is a definite and significant relationship. Judging from the significance test of the relationship, using the error rate of 5% to know ttabel, can be seen thitung > ttabel is 5.904 > 4.097. Acceptable with H0 rejected and H1 accepted, the relationship is significant, then it can be done research, feasible. The average overall value at variable X (career mother communication) and the mean value at variable Y (children behavior) if it is inserted to criteria table so the score interpretation has a good mark in the assessment. Then calculated between mother communication career and children behavior, obtained determination r2 rang = 27.04%. It means career mother communication can affect the behavior of children with a contribution of 27.04% and felt 72.96% by other factors such as motivation from the outside, the influence of the environment of friends and others. The existence of this influence can be concluded that the influence of career mother communication towards children behavior has influence one with other, even though not big, but mean and significant, indicating every communication done have influence.
