HIV AIDS (Human Immunodeficiency Virus Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) is a variant of virus that has made of downgrade of immune system and then collected some variant of disease / ache. HIV AIDS has already became serious problem since it started to spread in a whole world. One of the main problem is from teenager, KPA has stated a data and it showed that 33 person, which is 13–19 teenager years old has infected HIV AIDS. To held it spread more widely, WHO has said that must be held a disucssion program about How to Prevent HIV AIDS in Teenager. The discussion has a goals itself, the goals is to prevent the young generation from the bad effect of HIV AIDS. The research method of this thesis is research method of qualitative, with the case study. A subject that include in this research is high school teenager which is live in Garut, DISPORA, and DINKES. This research based on survey and question with DISPORA of Garut. The result of this research had a huge impact to teenager, the result of this research is showed in statistic data and explanation. The conclusion of this research is for X variabel / Credibility Variable is had good impact, it showed that 80.00% student agree that the public speaker has a good credibility. And for Y variable / Behaviour Variable, is also had a good impact. It showed that 81.00% students agree that “How to Prevent HIV AIDS” had a good impact in their mind / behaviour.
